  • Maths

Year 10 is quadratics, trigonometry and the senior-course decision. The useful work is both the mathematics and an honest look at whether Standard, Advanced or Extension matches the student’s current level.

    Year 10 maths
  • English

Year 10 is the bridge. Analytical writing has to be reliable before senior English, and students should know the difference between Standard and Advanced before they lock the choice in at school.

    Year 10 english
  • Science

Year 10 should leave a student able to choose senior science with their eyes open. We connect the junior work to what chemistry, physics and biology each demand, without enrolling anyone in an HSC course from this website.

Our method

Four moves in a lesson

Edit this copy in src/content/method.ts if the routine on Railway Parade is different. It describes the intended lesson, not a measured outcome.

  1. 01

Start from a question they missed

A trial or a first lesson looks at a real task from school, not a generic quiz. The gap is usually smaller and more specific than “bad at maths”.

  2. 02

    Teach one idea properly

The explanation stays on the board until the student can say it back and use it on a fresh question. Covering three chapters badly is not the aim.

  3. 03

Write it the way the exam is sat

Practice is on paper, with a pen, often against a clock once the idea is stable. Reading over a highlighted page is not treated as revision.

  4. 04

Send the family one clear next step

After the lesson, the useful note is short: what was taught, what is still shaky, and what to redo before next week. A portal for that note is not built yet.

Questions families ask

Where is Master Academy?

The tutoring centre is at Suite 6-7, 195 Railway Parade, Cabramatta NSW 2166. Patrick is on 0450 727 878. Ady is on 0411 703 756.

Which years do you teach?

Years 7 to 12. Junior students work on maths, English and science. Years 11 and 12 focus on the HSC. A free trial lesson is the way to start.

How do I book a free trial?

Call Patrick or Ady, or use the trial form. The form checks that your details are complete. Until email is connected, the phone call is the booking that reaches us. Bring a recent piece of schoolwork.

Which subjects are available?

The site lists typical NSW courses: maths, English, science, and HSC chemistry, physics and biology, plus a few other HSC subjects marked as unconfirmed defaults. Ask which classes are actually running this term before you enrol.

Do you publish student results?

Not yet. The results page will show figures only when they can be checked. We will not put an ATAR, a band, or a percentage on the site before then.
