Cabramatta campus
Tutoring for Canley Vale students
Canley Vale sits against Cabramatta. Families here can reach a classroom without treating tutoring as a trip into the city, and they are right to ask whether the trip is worth making at all. Master Academy does not have a room in Canley Vale. The only campus is in Cabramatta, on Railway Parade.
This page is about that choice. A tutor at the dining table sees one student and no one else. A centre asks the student to pack a book, sit with other people, and work on a whiteboard explanation they then have to repeat. Neither is automatically better. The free trial is how you tell them apart for your child.
If the answer after one lesson is that Canley Vale to Cabramatta is one errand too many on a weeknight, that is a successful trial. You learned something a webpage could not tell you.
Years 7 to 10, before anyone says “ATAR”
Most Canley Vale enquiries for younger students are not really about the HSC. They are about a skill that has been soft for a year: fractions that collapse as soon as algebra appears, a paragraph that retells the chapter, a science answer that uses none of the words the question asked for.
Those are Year 7–10 lessons. They are taught as maths, English and science, matching school, not as a miniature HSC. Science stays one subject. The aim is that Year 11 course choice is made from the student’s level, not from panic.
Bring the exercise book. A trial that invents its own worksheet will not show you how your child handles the school’s wording.
If your child is already in Year 11 or 12
Senior students from Canley Vale are booking a narrower thing: keep the HSC course moving, and put exam questions on the table while there is still time to mark them. The course name has to be exact. Mathematics Advanced is not Mathematics Standard with harder numbers. English Advanced is not English Standard with a longer quote.
We will not estimate an ATAR from a trial, and we will not quote a Canley Vale cohort result. We do not have one. Read the HSC page for the method — teach the idea, then past-paper practice — and treat every statistic you see elsewhere on the internet as not ours.
Extension courses are the first thing to check by phone. A page that mentions Extension 2 is describing the NSW course. It is not proof that a class is running on Thursday.

The trip, without a made-up minute count
Canley Vale and Cabramatta are neighbouring suburbs, and each has a railway station. That is the geography we are willing to state. A door-to-door time depends on the time of day, whether you drive or change trains, and which end of Canley Vale you leave from. Publishing “eight minutes” because it sounds convenient would be a fabrication.
Placeholder[Placeholder: travel time — do not publish a minute value until the trip has been timed] Time it on a school-day afternoon, and include finding the suite, not just arriving in the suburb.

There is no Canley Vale pickup and no second waiting room we are prepared to describe.

What to say when you call
Say you are in Canley Vale, name the year, and name the subject the way the school does. If you want one-to-one rather than a group, say that in the same call. The two formats are not the same booking.
If you are running late, call the mobile you were given. We have not published a late policy, and we will not invent one here.

The online form is a backup for people who cannot call during the day. Until it is connected to email, do not treat a confirmation screen as a held place. The screen will tell you that, in the same words.
