Physics tutor in Cabramatta
HSC physics tutoring is for the senior course: motion, fields, waves, light and the models that tie them together. Junior physical-world science stays on the Science page.
PlaceholderSyllabus topics are a typical NSW outline. Confirm class availability, fees and the current timetable before you enrol.
Syllabus areas
Module names below follow the familiar NESA Physics syllabus. Check NESA for the current list before relying on it.
Year 11
- Kinematics
- Dynamics
- Waves and thermodynamics
- Electricity and magnetism
Year 12
- Advanced mechanics
- Electromagnetism
- The nature of light
- From the universe to the atom
Years
- Year 11Year 11 physics is vectors, graphs of motion, forces, waves and circuits. The usual failure is a formula copied with the wrong quantity. Lessons make the student name the quantity before they calculate.
- Year 12Year 12 physics adds harder mechanics, electromagnetism, light and quantum ideas. Worked examples are followed by a fresh question the student has not seen, then by past-paper marks.
Class format
- Bring the formula sheet and a calculator you know how to use.
- Graph questions are practised on paper, with labelled axes.
- Class times, fees and whether this course is running this term are confirmed by phone. They are not listed on this page yet.
